CROSS-COUNTRY INSTEAD OF ORIENTEERING

I've been studying teaching last weeks quite intensively and trying to focus on Nordic XC-Championships in Hamina next Saturday. For the past month I've done only two o-trainings and Smålandskavlen, otherwise fast running on paths and adapting my leg-muscles on harder running surface. Anyway, it seems that the ground in Hamina is softer than runners would like it, but I do. I'm not expecting top positions, but I know I'm able to tease the best runners in Nordic countries. We'll see on Saturday.
Nordic XC-Championships in Hamina

This winter I finalize my studies in Jyväskylä University and train more home than before, but I'm not speaking anything of rest year in orienteering. I want to do my best even next year and be among the best. Terä will be stronger...
