05/2003 No idea!MONDAYTravelling back. TUESDAY35’ rinkball as a warm-up + 4’ skating-orienteering (!) + rinkball, totally 123’. Skating orienteering was really strange, you had to run through snow also…But speed was far more higher than in stantard orienteering, though it’s almost impossible to find places to do this sport… Skating fun WEDNESDAY28’ morning run with Jonne. Good speed! Running THURSDAYRest. Walking for 2h. FRIDAY20' circuit + 11' running (4.30 min/km on paths) and by train to Tampere. 36' running. Pispala stairs (about 300) five times, two times with good speed. Too cold weather to do more. Pispala stairs SATURDAY30' morning run 87' orienteering and running on small but hard paths with Heikki & Karri. Really nice! 45' circuit in Varala. Quite hard! Orienteering+running SUNDAYTired. Still I decided to make SK Pohjantähti's strength test. Routine: 6x10m, 30 jumps over 80cm,6x10m,30 abs,6x10m, 30 backs,6x10m,30 push-ups,6x10m,30 up-and-downs,6x10m. Do this two times, my time was 10.23. 10' warming-up. 87' rinkball. Tired! I got sick in the evening... Test! TOTAL8:10h. Blaah. |
