Ultimate-training 1,5h (60min efficient) and running to home (11min). About 12km totally. Feels good. WEDNESDAYWarm-up 10min + 15 x 100m (15-17sec. each) with 2-4mins running-rest + 10min warming-up. Hehe. THURSDAYRest day. FRIDAYRunning to Hippos to play flag-ball and running back. Basically same as on Tuesday. In the evening we were visiting Erkki Kohvakka, the only Finnish European Champion. We got some good advice. Erkki, Pasi and Timppa SATURDAYRest day. SUNDAYCycling to Kanavuori with Minna. Cycling 83min and running/jogging 45min. Nice views. Kanavuori-trip TOTAL9:08h and 69km. So it seems good before EOC and WC-finals. But…oh, I must keep on to my principles. So... no buts. |
