7:35 AM: 16min running. 3km. A morning jog in Kisakeskus.
12:15 PM: 25min running + 49min orienteering + 15min running. 16km. 1st place in heat II. I had no big problems and liked the map because it was well simplified and therefore readable at high speed as well. Physically I felt a bit tired, did I orienteer too much during the last week (on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and on Friday)? And my upper back is in a big jam.
