10 AM: 15min running + 36min orienteering. 7km. Middle training in Bratsberg. Two big mistakes (2½min & 1min). Legs felt good after taking it easy and having a massage yesterday.
17 PM: 45min running/warming-up + 38min orienteering. Training-camp champs in middle distance. Had the fastest time and running was quite ok physically. Technically I missed too much when making small mistakes all the time and had one bad route choice, where I lost 1min. I had 37.42, and something about 35mins would be close to a medal in WOC? You'll never know...
