Some longer trainings

8:43 AM: 10' circuit + 60' running. 11km. A longer morning training.

12:34 PM: 95' jogging/hiking in Neitvuori. 14km. We had a nice course but the weather was still tough ("only" +29C). I drank 1,5l during this easy training but sweated approx. 2,5l!
