Or as the phrase goes in real life: "s..t happens". On Tuesday I headed to Kuopio for a school-orienteering happening at Kettula school, and during the return trip I was about to check out one regional race's course (Suonenjoen Vasama). This time the luck wasn't on my side as I sprained my biceps femoris (posterior thigh muscle). Fortunately it revealed itself to be only a minor sprain, but I won't go for Tiomila this year. For ten days I should avoid any fast movements.

The regional race in Suonenjoki will be interesting (mapper is the famous Jussi "diesel" Silvennoinen). As the injury seems to be a minor one, I'll might have time to check out the course before the race!
