New Year, New Methods?Or are these new ones..? Firstly, training has been really good since the end of November (training diary). I’ve focused on “quality amount” type of training, so mainly low intensity training but not too much (training intensities). Ball games are also back in program because my back allows me to do them. And my new coach mr. Jarmo Heiskanen has even made some training programs for me. Last time I had a training plan was back in 1996...And my training diary is back online, check out some material there!
